Ashley River Transmission Main Crossing

Contract: $14,580,258.00
Completed 2018

Installed 10,173′ of 36″ DIP, 248′ of 36″ open cut steel pipe, 4,660′ of 36″ steel pipe drilled under the Ashley River, 591′ of 24″ jack & bore steel casing, 36″ fittings & valves, ARVs, clearing, 36″ connection to existing system at night, sound wall. Restoration included asphalt patch & overlay, concrete d/w & hydro-seeding.

Redtop Regional Pump Station, Gravity Sewer & Forcemain Div. 1

Contract: $6,880,258.00
Completed 2015

This was a design-build project with total cost being approximately $23,000,000. Installed 27 5’-13’ manholes in steel sheeted pits that averaged 30’ deep. Installed 3,479’ of 27” gravity sewer & 6’ ID manholes of which 2,094’ was 15’ cut up to 21’ cut. Installed 2,526’ of 10” sewer & 5’ ID manholes of which 1,598’ was 15’ to 21’ cut. Installed 6,725’ of 16” PVC forcemain, 3,965’ of 20” PVC forcemain, 644’ of 30” & 36” bored steel casing. Clearing and restoration.

Pender County Finished Water Main

Pender County, Burgaw, NC
Contract: $7,831,058.00
Completed 2012

Installed 37’,095’ of 24” PVC water main, 21’668’ of 20” PVC water main, 394’ of 6” to 12” PVC water main, 210’ of 42” jack and bore, 230’ of 36” jack and bore, 2,206’ of 30” HDPE drills, 3,346’ of HDPE drills, valves, hydrants, blow offs, clearing and water services.

South Wastewater Transmission System Upgrade

Grand Strand Water & Sewer Authority, Myrtle Beach, SC
Contract: $10,632,472.00
Completed 2019

Install 18,150’ of 36” PVC force main, 50’ of 16” to 30” PVC force main, valves, fittings, ARV’s, 2,485’ of 42” HDPE drills, 330’ of 54” jack & bores, 24” check valve vault, 5 ea connections to existing system 16” to 36”, clearing and erosion control, paving, seeding, Wastewater booster station w/ 500KW generator & 2 ea 250 HP pumps.
