Founded in 1982, R.H. Moore Company, Inc. has grown to become one of South Carolina’s largest utility contractors, with locations in Murrells Inlet and Moncks Corner. We specialize in water, wastewater, storm sewer, site grading, and site preparation, with the experience and resources to successfully complete projects of varying size and complexity.

With a proven track record of projects valued at up to $30 million, we have established strong, lasting relationships with local municipalities, counties, state agencies, and other public and private clients.
